Marietta Station consists of office and retail offerings just one block from the Marietta Square and a short distance from US-41 and I-75.

 

The office space consists of three century-old buildings located on Church Street totaling 46,000 square feet with a load factor of 15%.  All suites are full service including daily janitorial, electricity, heating/air, and maintenance and offer generous onsite parking with dedicated employee and visitor lots.

Marietta Station was originally constructed by J.R. Brumby for the Marietta Chair Company from 1892 to 1905. With various industrial usage during the 20th century, the three buildings were united under the Marietta Station banner in 1980 and converted into its present day office configuration.

Office suites range from 300 to 5,000 square feet, and the old-fashioned joisted masonry construction allows for very flexible space configuration.

 

The retail spaces along Church Street were built in phases from the early 1900s and total 20,000 square feet.  Retail spaces range in size from 1,000 to 3,000 square feet.

The Marietta Square Market, an 18,000 square foot food hall, was converted in 2019 from a 1960s warehouse.  It houses 20 of the latest food and retail concepts in a dynamic setting.
